Key Responsibilities

Advocacy & Influence

  • Assist Brand Engagement Team with development and distribution of A&I reports (SOI, campaign recaps, Values Match reports, etc.) and presentations
  • Collaborate with brand Social Teams and agencies on VIP A&I campaigns and activations
  • Support the Brand Engagement Team with influencer relationship building, gifting, product mailers, invite lists, event recaps and reporting
  • Assist team in the execution of A&I seeding campaigns
  • Assist with product orders to support influencer shoots, trips, events, send outs, and agency re-stocks
  • Work with Social and Brand Engagement Teams on monthly compliance scorecards (i.e. Traackr spend compliance)
  • Work closely with Marketing Teams and PR agencies on brand materials (i.e. press releases, factsheets).
  • Weekly PR and A&I recap
  • Open and manage purchase orders across the Brand Engagement Team; liase with Brand Engagement budget owner on the A&P + SG&A budgets
  • Utilize platforms such as Netbase, PowerBI and Traackr for trend tracking to inform larger Marketing and Social Teams of opportunities to create nimble social content based on rising trends with influencers, products, ingredients, etc.
  • Assist in the social strategy and execution for all launch and Red Carpet events (e.g. Women of Worth activations, DMI events, Spokesperson announcements, etc.).

Social

  • In partnership with the Brand Engagement Team, develop and maintain US-owned social strategy.
  • Work closely with social teams to understand influencer paid content calendar, and leverage for owned channels.
  • Manage owned social channels including content creation, editing, copy, posting, re-purposing of influencer content, etc.
  • Review DMI social content from Opera and create additional content for US-owned channels.
  • Liase with DMI to secure slots on global channels for US launches/initiatives/influencer content.
  • Provide content POV on marketing shoot plans/launches, WOW strategy, influencer events, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in social media, PR, influencer relations or related field
  • Experience in Digital and social platforms, photography and editing
  • Understanding preferred of:
    • Consumer habits & language
    • Consumer engagement methodologies
    • Marketing campaign 360 content
    • Agency management
    • Country requirements
    • Social media insights / results on Facebook analytics
  • Creative skills to develop new content & out-of-the-box thinking
  • Consumer package goods or beauty industry experience is preferred
  • PC Proficiency (Microsoft Suite)
  • Collaborative leadership skills
  • Project Management Skills
  • Prioritization & Organization Skills
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills (written and oral)
