Get in at the ground level with a growing restaurant brand, locally founded in Dallas! Bring your marketing experience and learn about all facets of the business. Dillas Primo Support Office is a small, but mighty Team working to Deliver the Goods for our Operations Team everyday. You will get to work directly with the founders of the company and be involved in strategic leadership thinking while expanding your knowledge across the multiple roles and responsibilities that come with a growing brand! Activate sales tactics in the field when necessary to support revenue-building initiatives
Public Relations & Social Media
  • Work in conjunction with the agency on all PR efforts, including press releases, media relations, leadership appearances, and crisis situations
  • Promote our wins in the community and manage our social messaging with our agency partner
  • Strategize with the agency on monthly social strategy and approve monthly content calendar
  • Stay on top of trends and keep Dillas relevant on social media channels
  • Coordinate all social media influencer selection and content approvals

Budgets & Analytics:
  • Forecast and manage the brand and unit-level marketing budgets for the year
  • Review budgets each period and report to Leadership with direction for adjustments as needed to ensure effective allocation of resources for maximum impact
  • Track, analyze and report on marketing performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI
  • Work with the founders on manpower planning as appropriate

Franchisee Support:
  • Ensure franchisees adhere to brand guidelines, including logo usage, menu design, and advertising standards. Protect the brand integrity by enforcing marketing policies and approving local marketing materials
  • Provide franchisees with templates and strategies for local advertising efforts. Offer guidance on grassroots marketing, such as community events, sponsorships, and partnerships
  • Supply marketing toolkits, ad materials, and content calendars
  • Ensure transparency in fund allocation and spending on national and regional campaigns by providing annual budgets and monthly reporting

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or equivalent required
  • 3-5 years experience in QSR or Fast Casual restaurant environment, preferably with fast-growing and/or emerging brands
  • Proficient in a variety of technology systems, especially Google Suite (docs, sheets, slides)
  • Marketing software (Google Analytics, CRM Tools, other analytics platforms)
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC and social media strategies
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
  • Preferred experience with creative development and direction
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Self-starter - eager to learn and grow

  • Knowledge of Entrepreneur Operating System (EOS) is a plus
  • On occasion, may be required to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to fifty pounds; kneel, bend or stoop, ascend or descend stairs; reach and grasp objects
