Job Title: Manager, Content & Brand

Location: Remote

Job Summary:

This role is for a dynamic and experienced B2B Content Marketer that will lead and execute brand storytelling, content strategy, and thought leadership initiatives. You will drive awareness, engagement, and create demand for our business. This role is ideal for both a thinker as well as a hands-on creator with a passion for technology and building meaningful connections with B2B audiences through compelling brand narratives and content for various stages of the funnel.

Job Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Management

  • Develop and refine the company’s brand messaging, value proposition, and positioning to resonate with B2B audiences.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels, campaigns, and touchpoints.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities to differentiate our brand.

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Own the content calendar and library, producing and overseeing the creation of high-quality, SEO-optimized content, including research reports, case studies (by vertical), webinars, infographics, video, and more across different products.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and sales teams to create sales and buyer-enablement content that addresses the pain points and needs of target personas across different stages of the funnel (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) for the website, slidedecks, and social platforms.
  • Manage external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to scale content production as needed.

Campaigns & Demand Generation

  • Heavily invested in LinkedIn and YouTube as a distribution channel
  • Work closely with the demand generation team to create content that fuels campaigns, nurturing prospects and driving conversions.
  • Align content strategies with sales goals, customer lifecycle stages, and buyer journeys.
  • Engages with online communities and supports discussion around the buyer needs

Thought Leadership & PR

  • Develop thought leadership content, including bylined articles, executive interviews, and industry reports, to position the company as an authority in its field.
  • Partner with PR and social media teams to amplify content and engage audiences.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of brand and content marketing efforts, reporting on KPIs such as engagement, traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Continuously optimize strategies and content based on performance insights, competitor analysis and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on content marketing and brand development.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills tailored to B2B audiences.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing funnels, SEO, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, MS Power Point, ChatGPT, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Clickup).
  • Strong communicator and a team player, capable of working in a fast-paced work environment across sales, product and customer success teams.
  • Proven experience in content creation across various formats, including long-form and digital media
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or a related B2B industry. Bonus: Worked in an MSP/MSSP.
  • Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and branding consistency.
