WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As a NIKE Marketing Professional Lead, you will report directly into the initiative’s Marketing Director. You will work closely with your direct team, Digital Marketing, Retail Marketing, Communications, Sports Marketing, and Influencer Marketing.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are in search of a Marketing Professional Lead and someone who can be the voice and advocate for our consumers. You understand cultural trends in the footwear and apparel marketplace. We are looking for a leader who has excellent verbal and written communication skills. You have experience with project management, idea creation, creativity, leadership, and cross-functional team excellence!

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Communications, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of experience, education, or training.
  • 5+ years of consumer marketing or related experiences in marketing strategy, marketing planning, marketing implementation, digital marketing, consumer servicing, and event execution
  • Deep understating of tracking budgetary expenditures and providing budgetary management
  • Deep passion for the consumer, existing brand relationships within the territory, and a background with a high level of effective traditional communication and digital communication
  • Strong project management, problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Detail oriented. This position will require someone who can build plans, presentations and keep the team moving cohesively in the right direction

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You are responsible for working across integrated marketing functions, categories, and external agencies to develop and implement plans for your team. Your job is to make sure the consumer’s voice is being heard and you will become a consumer expert.
