Position Overview
The Content Manager is responsible for developing and executing Holley Performance Brands’ Content Strategy. The selected candidate will oversee the planning, ideation, creation, editing, and distribution of high-quality content across various platforms including Holley and Standalone website blogs, social media, product pages, and CRM.
This role leads Holley’s blog platform, Motor Life, and works collaboratively with various Holley Marketing Teams to support Holley’s digital marketing strategy. You’ll be a part of a highly talented group of marketing and web professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Holley’s blog platform and blog content supporting Holley’s portfolio of brands
- Oversee all blog content creation and editing, managing a network of freelance writers and photographers along with assigned budgets and deadlines
- Blog Content Strategy including supporting the development of a new strategy and practice for Holley
- Content Calendar Development and Management
- Content Distribution Planning and Coordination, specifically integrating planning and distribution for Blog, D2C Websites, B2B Portal, Social Media, and CRM platforms
- Blog Performance Analysis
- Events coverage and support for Holley’s flagship events like LS Fest and Mo Party
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 5+ Years Content Management, including previous experience running a blog platform
- Strong Writing, Grammar, Composition, Organizational and Project Planning Skills
- Familiarity with and an appreciation for the automotive aftermarket
- Experience in creating and editing web content through a content management system
- Understanding of digital marketing principles and SEO best practices
- Team player – someone who enjoys planning and coordinating with teammates across the company
Preferred Skills
- Previous management experience preferred.
- Fundamental understanding of Social Media platforms and the active use of them.
- Resourceful and able to problem solve quickly and effectively.
- Digital Marketing knowledge preferred.
- Previous professional social media, photography, videography, or design experience is a plus.
