About the job

We’re looking for someone who gets cinematic imagery - the kind of person who sees a trend and immediately wants to try it (but make it better obvs). You’ll be turning real-life sales and support pain into funny, relatable short videos using AI tools, smart ideas, and whatever makes people stop scrolling. If you’ve got big energy, solid taste, an entrepreneurial spark, and want to grow while having fun - you’ll fit right in.

This is an entry-level / junior role, perfect for someone with a great attitude, a passion for content, tech, and AI - and the energy to bring fresh ideas to life. We want you to be creative and in the driver seat of the content! You'll get creative freedom to try out new things and develop the way you wish.

Salary: $45.000 - 55.000
Location: Brickell, Miami

Main responsibilities

There's a few focus areas for this role:

🔹 Content Creation

  • Produce short-form videos and content for platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, etc.
  • Create skits, memes, how-it-works demos, and “pain point” storytelling videos
  • Use AI tools (e.g. Runway, Sora, Pika Labs, HeyGen, Synthesia, Udio, ElevenLabs) to bring ideas to life
  • Edit videos using tools like CapCut, Descript, or your preferred editing software

🔹 Prompting & Experimenting

  • Write and refine prompts to generate visuals, voiceovers, or video scripts
  • Test different formats, styles, and hooks to see what performs best
  • Keep up with trends and creatively adapt them to fit our brand

🔹 Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work closely with the marketing and customer/sales teams to brainstorm, plan, and improve content
  • Use feedback and performance data to refine videos and double down on what works
  • Help shape the voice and vibe of our brand through consistent, creative output

About you

  • You've created short-form videos and images before
  • You love playing with AI and have a good understanding of different AI video & image tools
  • You have a good eye for graphic design & enjoy making things look decent
  • You take initiative, are curious and open to collaboration in a team environment
  • You think about what makes people stop scrolling - hooks, pacing, tone - and enjoy experimenting to figure out what works
