Manager, Influencer & Affiliate Marketing

ewWe are seeking a strategic, creative, and data-driven Manager, Influencer & Affiliate Marketing to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue through influencer collaborations and affiliate partnerships. This role requires experience in the beauty or personal care industry and expertise in leveraging platforms like ShopMy, LTK, Later, Skeepers, and other influencer marketing tools.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of executing and optimizing influencer and affiliate programs and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This person will play a key role in growing the brand’s creator community, maximizing influencer impact, and driving affiliate marketing success.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute comprehensive influencer and affiliate marketing strategies that drive brand visibility and revenue.
• Build and optimize organic influencer programming to engage, grow, and retain the brand's creator community.
• Set clear KPIs and success metrics for influencer and affiliate campaigns, including revenue growth, new affiliates acquired, and engagement rates.

Influencer Marketing & Campaign Management

• Oversee and execute influencer seeding and gifting programs to engage and grow the creator community
• Develop and manage relationships with macro, micro, and nano influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
• Oversee the creation of compelling influencer briefs that spark creativity and ensure high-quality content.
• Manage creator deliverables, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and efficiently.
• Organize and oversee influencer events, collaborations, and activations to drive engagement and advocacy.
• Work cross-functionally with social, PR, and e-commerce teams to align influencer efforts with broader marketing objectives.

Affiliate Marketing & Performance Optimization

• Develop and execute high-impact affiliate marketing campaigns targeting female audiences and driving traffic & conversions.
• Recruit and manage affiliates and micro-influencers who align with the brand’s identity and values.
• Utilize ShopMy, LTK, Later, and other affiliate tools to track and optimize performance.
• Manage communication with affiliate partners, ensuring strong and collaborative relationships.
• Provide timely support to affiliates, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to maximize partner success.
• Work closely with internal teams to align on promotions, product launches, and campaign goals.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

• Track key affiliate performance metrics such as clicks, conversions, and revenue, identifying areas for growth.
• Monitor influencer campaign performance, analyzing data to optimize future collaborations.
• Develop clear and measurable KPIs and benchmarks across all influencer and affiliate programs.
• Create weekly, monthly, and post-campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in influencer and affiliate marketing, ideally in the beauty or personal care industry.
• Proven success managing campaigns across ShopMy, LTK, Later, Skeepers, and other influencer/affiliate platforms.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends, negotiation tactics, and content creation best practices.
• Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to interpret campaign performance and optimize strategies.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Passion for beauty, personal care, and digital marketing trends.
