Influencer & Talent Coordinator – Luxury Automotive (TEMP)
Jack Morton is seeking a passionate and energetic self-starter who is eager to assist the account lead in the influencer marketing space for our luxury automotive client.
Role Details
- Budget Oversight + Service Entry
- Deck Building
- Vetting Talent Options from (outside) PR Agency
- Work with (outside) PR Agency on Talent Negotiations & Contracting
- Travel & Accommodations (white glove travel specialist to propose options and make bookings)
- Help to determine Overall Programming for Talent/VIPs
- Ideate, support & on-site management for VIP created events if separate from broader MAW programming
- Talent Communications
- Personalized Gifting for Talent & Execs
- Excursion Options for Talent (as needed)
- On-site with VIPs (ensuring that their needs are met/they are having a great experience, facilitating intros, corralling them for key moments, facilitating shots with the Photog/Videographer, etc)
- Manage Photographer & Videographer dedicated to Talent
- Manage Social Image/video approval paths
Project Details
- This is a temporary project assignment of approximately 400 total hours starting immediately and continuing through the end of August. The flat fee for the full project is $14,000.
What We Require
- 2–4 years of experience in
- Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, or Event Production
- Working with or alongside PR agencies and creative teams
- Experience managing budgets and contracts is preferred
- Familiarity with social content production workflows
- Exceptional organizational skills – can juggle logistics, calendars, and real-time needs
- Strong communication – both written (emails, decks, briefs) and verbal (VIP interactions)
- Client service mindset – professional, poised, and solution-oriented under pressure
- Comfortable with deck building tools
- Event coordination and hospitality experience — white-glove preferred
- Social-savvy — understands platform content needs and approval paths
- Comfortable managing travel logistics and on-site execution
