What You’ll Do
Marketplace & Shopify Ownership
- Own day-to-day performance of Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify channels
- Ensure listings are live, optimized, and converting across platforms
- Manage pricing, promos, merchandising, and platform hygiene
- Run launches and seasonal campaigns across channels
- Collaborate closely with the Platform Manager to maintain channel health and listing performance
Shopify Growth & CRO
- Improve site performance through A/B testing, landing pages, and funnel optimization
- Plan and execute Shopify campaigns to drive AOV, LTV, and conversion
- Collaborate with creative and ops to deliver on-brand, high-converting shopping experiences
Lifecycle & CRM (via agency)
- Coordinate with our email/CRM agency to execute automated flows, newsletters, and campaign emails
- Own campaign strategy and planning calendar, optimizing for retention and revenue
Paid, Organic & Influencer Growth
- Collaborate with our Paid Media Manager to align on spend, creative, and ROAS targets
- Partner with our SEO Manager to grow organic traffic through content and technical best practices
- Support the development of our influencer program, working with our Social & Partnerships Manager and creative team
- Reporting & Strategy
- Own our ecommerce growth dashboard and reporting cadence
- Track performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend actions based on data
- Contribute to growth forecasts and product launch planning
- Collaborate with Finance, Ops, and Brand to align forecasts with channel execution
Who You Are
- 4–6 years of experience in ecommerce or growth marketing roles, ideally with both Amazon and Shopify
- Hands-on with Shopify, Klaviyo (or similar), Amazon Seller Central, and GA4
- Comfortable running or coordinating CRO experiments, site updates, and landing page strategy
- Understand the full DTC growth stack (email, paid, organic, funnel)
- Fluent in American English - culturally in tune with US consumers
- Commercial mindset - comfortable with KPIs, contribution margin, and revenue accountability
- A builder. A problem solver. Someone who can work independently, but loves being part of a tight, mission-led team.
- Able to work cross-functionally with specialists including Platform, SEO, Paid Media, and Brand
