We solve problems that our customers “hate with the fury of 1000 suns” (actual quote!) - the dreaded customer security review and RFP processes. These are key parts of the B2B sales cycle, but both still involve too much time, effort, and mental anguish from those involved.
Enter Conveyor, where our mission is to eliminate all of the misery from B2B customer trust with maximum automation. We’ve made a lot of progress – we raised our Series A, have an awesome customer list whose lives we’ve significantly impacted through product, and our LinkedIn presence is quite literally on fire. But we have ambitious goals and we’re looking for our next Content Creator to help make them a reality!

We’re on the hunt for an incredibly creative Content Creator to join our marketing team.
Every startup is now a media company. To build a modern, trusted brand and grow pipeline, we need to educate, engage, and entertain our audience with high-quality, creative content. We’re looking for a video-first content creator to own and grow Conveyor’s presence on LinkedIn and YouTube.
This role is both strategic and hands-on. You’ll report to the Demand Generation Lead and work cross-functionally to plan, create, and distribute compelling social and video content that resonates with security and sales teams with the freedom to bring your awesome ideas to life.
You should feel just as comfortable behind the camera as you do in front of it—taking the lead as the on-screen narrator and face of our brand while scripting, filming, and editing standout content.
We’re looking for someone who’s always on top of the latest trends and can find innovative ways to connect with our target audience.
If you love creating killer videos, witty social posts, and have an eye for good design, your content will play a huge role in the next chapter of Conveyor’s growth.
What You’ll Do
Content Strategy & Execution
- Own and execute LinkedIn and YouTube content strategies
- Repurpose content across platforms and monitor engagement to refine tactics
- Stay current on trends in video, social media, and B2B content marketing
- Understand YouTube strategy and optimize videos for discoverability (SEO, CTAs, thumbnails, end screens)
Create High-Impact Content
- Create a variety of compelling video content from end-to-end like product demos, thought leadership videos, short forms for social—including brainstorm, scripting, filming, and editing—while also serving confidently as the on-camera narrator to bring our brand voice to life.
- Examples of the type of video work we're looking for is on our YouTube channel and these examples (Video 1) (Video 2) (Video 3).
- Write and edit video scripts, LinkedIn posts, social copy, and YouTube descriptions
- Ghostwrite posts for execs and cross-functional leaders
- Use tools like Adobe Premiere and Figma for post-production and visuals
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, product positioning, and marketing goals
Manage Social Media Channels
- Schedule and manage content for Conveyor’s LinkedIn and YouTube accounts
- Track performance metrics and iterate based on insights
Collaborate Across Teams
- Work with product, sales, and internal SMEs to develop compelling, relevant content
- Coordinate contributions from internal stakeholders for ghostwriting and video projects
- Track product updates and create timely, strategic content
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience creating digital content (for a SaaS company, a plus)
- Demonstrated success creating short form social media videos with high engagement (show us your portfolio!)
- Demonstrated expertise in collaboratively conceptualizing and executing on content creation
- Demonstrated success growing any social media account + keeping an audience engaged
- A creative mindset with a passion for exploring new ideas and innovative approaches to content marketing
- Stays updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Possess exceptional copywriting abilities, showcasing a mastery of grammar and spelling
- You are curious: always looking for an opportunity to learn, grow and give/receive feedback
- A self-starter: when you see a need, you address it
- Collaborator: you enjoy working with others and helping whenever possible
The base salary range estimate for this position is $110,000 - $130,000 plus equity.
