Description/Purpose of position

● We are looking for a DTC growth hacker who has scaled 8- or 9-figure consumer health brands. You know how to drive CAC down, LTV up, and make content that converts. You think in funnels, flows, metrics, and messages—and you lead with both head and heart. You’ll shape the brand, define our category, lead customer acquisition, and guide our performance and creative teams.


Duties/Responsibilities

● Own DTC growth strategy across paid, organic, lifecycle, influencer, and brand

● Lead performance marketing with a focus on CAC efficiency and retention

● Provide content direction to our creative teams with a deep understanding of what resonates with our core demographic (35–60-year-old women)

● Guide SEO, CRO, UGC, and content amplification strategies

● Partner with Product to evolve the funnel from click to conversion

● Build marketing systems that scale to $100M+

● Own marketing KPIs and reporting to CEO and Board

● Hire, train, and lead a high-output, cross-functional marketing team


Knowledge/Skills, and abilities

● 7+ years of experience in DTC marketing. Ideally with experience in health & wellness, telehealth, supplements, or functional medicine

● Proven track record of scaling a DTC brand to $20M-$100M in revenue/year

● Deep expertise in Meta, Google, TikTok, influencer, and email/SMS

● Performance-obsessed and fluent in CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS, and retention

● Brand-savvy and emotionally intelligent; can lead teams and craft narratives

● Bonus: Experience with AI-generated content, UGC strategies, and insurance-backed models
