We’re expanding aggressively and looking for sharp, entrepreneurial Talent Managers to represent Unfiltered in key creative markets.

The Role

As a Talent Manager, you’ll be the face of Unfiltered in Eastern USA.

Your job: find breakout talent in your market, pitch them on our platform, and help them launch the next chapter of their careers. You’ll work independently but with the full support of our team and tools. This is a commission-only role with a signing bonus of $10,000 and high earning potential with long-term upside and recurring revenue share.

What You’ll Do:

  • Scout rising content creators across TikTok, YouTube, IG, and other platforms
  • Handle outreach and pitch Unfiltered as the partner that turns creators into companies
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact through onboarding and early growth
  • Coordinate with Unfiltered's internal growth team for strategy + execution
  • Optional: bring in brand deals or campaigns and earn commission on those too

Compensation

  • 10–20% of agency revenue from each creator you manage
  • $10,000 signing bonus (deferred 6 months)
  • Milestone bonuses (e.g., $500 for every 5 signed creators)
  • Long-term rev share potential from your roster’s ongoing growth

Ideal Candidates:

  • Deeply familiar with USA's creative scenes (fashion, content, nightlife, social media)
  • Well-connected in creator communities, or hungry to build those connections
  • Past experience in influencer marketing, casting, modeling, or media a plus
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter with a sharp eye for talent and culture

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and sales instincts (especially DMs + calls)
  • Passion for the creator economy and digital media
  • Based in New York City or other Eastern USA Hub

Bonus If You Have:

  • Relationships with content creators or modeling talent
  • Familiarity with creator monetization or brand deals
  • Fluency in Gen Z and internet culture trends
