We’re looking for a driven, energetic Founding Junior Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This is a unique opportunity to break into SaaS sales with a hybrid role that combines BDR responsibilities (prospecting, qualifying, booking meetings) with closing deals with SMB ecommerce brands.
You’ll work closely with our sales leadership and be on the front lines of building relationships with the most innovative ecommerce companies out there. If you're hungry to grow, ready to hustle, and excited to be part of a fast-moving team, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and engage with e-commerce brands through cold calls, emails, and social outreach
- Manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline in our CRM
- Qualify leads, set meetings, learn out sales cycle and become an industry expert
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to optimize outreach strategies
- Stay up to date on ecommerce trends and the Fermàt platform to speak confidently to prospects
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in a sales or business development role
- 1 year of closing experience
- Experience with outbound prospecting (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach)
- Strong organizational and pipeline management skills
- Excellent communication — you can write a killer email and hold a great conversation
- Ambition, coachability, and a genuine desire to grow your sales career
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience closing SMB deals in a SaaS or e-commerce environment
- Familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce
- A passion for startups, ecommerce, or creator-led commerce

Compensation Range: $65K - $70K
