Social media is at the heart of our storytelling and brand expression. As the Social Media Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping and elevating our brand voice across digital platforms. You'll create compelling content, foster meaningful community interactions, and execute strategic campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty. What You’ll Do

Content Creation & Management

  • Develop and produce engaging paid and organic content (text, photo, video).
  • Edit long-form videos into short-form content (e.g., Reels, TikToks).
  • Respond to internal content requests for quick-turnaround needs.
  • Maintain an up-to-date content calendar with timely, brand-aligned posts.
  • Research trends and platform best practices to inform creative strategy.

Community Engagement

  • Monitor and engage with followers across platforms, reflecting the Cornbread Hemp voice and values.
  • Support influencer collaborations, contests, and brand activations.

Social Media Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, etc.) using analytics tools.
  • Generate reports with actionable insights to support ongoing optimization.

Cross-Team Collaboration & Support

  • Assist with post scheduling and general platform logistics.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to support broader campaigns and initiatives.

Skills, Experience & Values That Will Help You Succeed

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
  • Proficiency in major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a confident on-camera presence.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
    Growth-minded, open to feedback, and willing to step outside your comfort zone.
  • High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.

Special Considerations

  • Must be comfortable traveling across Kentucky.
  • Occasional event attendance required to gather or produce content.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
  • Reliable internet is a must if working from home occasionally.
