About NoCry

NoCry is a fearless PPE brand. The wolf in our logo isn’t just a symbol - it’s a statement. We walk our own path, head high, eyes forward. Fearless, focused, and impossible to tame. The wolf protects its own, adapts to any terrain, and thrives under pressure. NoCry safety gear is built in that image—resilient and relentless, so our users can Work Fearlessly.

We build no-nonsense eyewear and safety gear for frontline workers, DIY masters, and weekend warriors who’d rather bleed than settle for junk that doesn’t work. Our mission? Protect the Pack.

And now—we’re looking for someone who can help us tell that story online like no one else. We’ve built a mighty Amazon Store business and now we’re on the prowl to expand our offering and reach new customers.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re not just a content creator. You’re a storyteller with dirt under your nails—someone who knows how to connect with the men and women who build the world with their hands. You’ve either worked in the PPE industry, spent time with tradespeople, or can speak the blue-collar language without faking it.

You’re fast. You’re clever. You’ve got range—from gritty product reels to punchy memes to inspiring worker shoutouts. And you know how to build a loyal community, not just rack up views.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and manage thumb-stopping content for NoCry’s Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

  • Develop a social media calendar with a strong POV that feels raw, real, and always on-brand.

  • Film, edit, and post short-form video content—bonus if you can jump in front of the camera yourself.

  • Engage with our community in the comments and DMs with our signature wit, grit, and empathy.

  • Source, brief, and collaborate with tradespeople and DIYers to co-create authentic content.

  • Monitor trends and jump on the right ones—we don’t follow the crowd, we flip it.

  • Work with our brand and product teams to support launches and tell the stories that matter.

You Might Be the One If…

  • You’ve got 2–5 years of content creation and social media experience (especially in blue-collar, PPE, tools, workwear, or lifestyle brands).

  • You’ve worked with or marketed to tradespeople, construction crews, or DIYers—and you get the culture.

  • You can shoot and edit short-form video on your phone that doesn’t look like stock content.

  • You understand how to turn a piece of gear into a badass moment.

  • You write captions that sound like a human, not a robot.

  • You’re a creative self-starter who doesn’t need a babysitter.

  • You’re obsessed with growth, feedback, and building something bigger than yourself.

Bonus Points If You…

  • Know your way around the trades or have used tools beyond IKEA hex keys.

  • Have experience working with user-generated content and ambassador programs.

  • Are comfortable being on-camera as a brand voice or co-hosting collabs.

What You’ll Get

  • A chance to build a community from the ground up for a fast-growing, fearless PPE brand.

  • A flexible remote work schedule.

  • The creative freedom to build something that breaks the mold.

  • A badass wolfpack that has your back—and actually listens.

How to Apply

  • Send us your resume and a quick pitch by video.
  • Show us examples of social content you’ve created (bonus if it’s video).
