About the Job

We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Creator to produce engaging and compelling content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling, a strong understanding of digital media trends, and the ability to adapt content to different audiences and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and edit high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, videos, podcasts, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with brand voice, style, and strategic goals.
• Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent publishing schedules.
• Conduct research on industry-related topics to generate ideas and support content creation.
• Optimize content for SEO and digital marketing best practices.
• Engage with audiences on social media platforms and contribute to community-building efforts.
• Track content performance metrics and adjust strategies based on analytics and user feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital content, social media, and marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design, video editing, or social media management tools is a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Creativity and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Proficiency in multimedia content creation (photos, videos, infographics).
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights).
• Knowledge of paid media, influencer marketing, or affiliate programs.

• Location: Remote
• Commitment: 10-15 hours per week (volunteer, pro bono at the start).
