About The Role

We are seeking a Social Media Associate Manager to join our Marketing team in a remote capacity. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Communications, you will shape and execute Infoblox’s social media strategy across corporate channels including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and Instagram. You will create engaging content, manage daily channel activities, monitor performance, and support integrated campaigns to grow our digital presence with key audiences. Collaboration with internal teams and agency partners will be key to amplifying our brand voice and business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the social media strategy and align execution with the integrated marketing plan
  • Manage daily posting and community engagement across multiple platforms
  • Create and curate engaging text, image, and short-form video content
  • Collaborate with PR, Product Marketing, Events, Employee Engagement, and other teams to ensure messaging consistency
  • Partner with agencies and stakeholders to amplify campaigns
  • Support employee advocacy initiatives through content enablement and platforms like GaggleAMP
  • Use data and analytics to optimize content and improve performance
  • Monitor social trends and conversations to inform content adjustments
  • Maintain brand consistency and participate in social performance reporting
  • Stay up-to-date on platform updates, trends, and best practices

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in social media and/or digital marketing, preferably in B2B and technology or cybersecurity sectors
  • Proven experience managing social media programs for B2B audiences
  • Strong analytical skills to inform content strategy and measure impact
  • Ability to manage multiple social platforms and tailor content accordingly
  • Experience with employee advocacy tools such as GaggleAMP and social media management tools like Brandwatch, Canva, and Cision
  • Familiarity with influencer and partner engagement strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
