About Share Ventures

Share Ventures combines a venture lab and a strategic investment fund to create, scale, and support breakthrough companies across the human‑performance spectrum. Through our lab, we incubate new ventures—building teams, product roadmaps, and go‑to‑market strategies backed by our fund—and we also partner with exceptional founders to accelerate their growth. Whether launching internal startups or collaborating with external teams, we leverage cutting‑edge AI, data‑driven workflows, and a human‑centered ethos to drive impact in domains from precision nutrition and sleep science to oral health innovation and beyond.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a full‑stack marketing leader who thrives in both D2C and B2B environments, combines hands‑on mastery of AI‑powered marketing automations with classic brand‑building skills, and has driven measurable growth across startups and venture‑backed companies. You’ll own integrated marketing strategy and execution for the firm itself, our in‑house ventures, and the broader portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Holistic Growth Strategy: Architect and execute D2C and B2B marketing plans that span acquisition, engagement, retention, and community across paid media, organic channels, events, and partnerships.
  • AI‑First Automation & Analytics: Lead deployment of AI‑driven tools (marketing automation platforms, customer‑data platforms, predictive models) to personalize experiences, automate high‑impact workflows, and continuously optimize metrics like CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
  • Full‑Funnel Campaign Execution: Design, launch, and iterate on landing pages, A/B tests, email/CRM journeys, and conversion‑optimization experiments with rigorous performance tracking.
  • Influencer & Partner Ecosystems: Build and manage influencer programs and strategic alliances that amplify our human‑performance story, negotiate engagements, and measure ROI.
  • Technical‑Brand Synergy: Ensure every AI‑driven automation, data model, and growth hack reflects our brand voice and visual standards—balancing precision optimization with cohesive, on‑brand storytelling.
  • Startup & VC Collaboration: Advise and collaborate with our venture‑studio teams and external founders to align marketing roadmaps with product build cycles, fundraising milestones, and capital deployment strategies.
  • Brand Architecture & Content: Define and elevate our master brand and sub‑brand identities, crafting compelling narratives that translate complex science into relatable, results‑driven messaging.
  • Performance Reporting & Insights: Establish dashboards, KPIs, and regular reporting cadences; pull actionable insights from data to guide growth experiments and inform executive decision‑making.
  • Human‑Performance Storytelling: Weave our core investment domains—nutrition, sleep, cognitive enhancement, wellness—into all marketing touchpoints, making the science accessible and inspiring.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands‑on marketing leadership in venture‑backed, startup, or high‑growth environments, with clear wins in both D2C and B2B contexts.
  • Proven startup marketing experience, comfortable wearing multiple hats and thriving in fast‑paced, resource‑constrained settings.
  • Deep technical fluency in AI‑enabled marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot AI workflows, Marketo, Iterable, CDPs) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SQL/BI).
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling full‑stack marketing funnels—performance media, SEO/SEM, content, email/CRM, CRO.
  • Track record of architecting and managing influencer and partner‑marketing programs.
  • A rare blend of technical marketing expertise and refined brand sensibility—equally at home defining visual identity and coding automation workflows.
  • Solid understanding of venture‑studio and venture‑capital models, including fundraising cycles, portfolio support mechanisms, and founder partnerships.
  • Executive presence and superb communication skills—comfortable presenting strategy and results to C‑suite and investment committees.
  • Passion for human‑performance innovation and the ability to translate technical domains into clear, compelling marketing narratives.
  • Bonus: Experience in consumer health or wellness categories (oral health a plus).

Preferred

  • Background in venture studios, incubators, or early‑stage investment firms.
  • Familiarity with growth‑hacking methodologies, rapid test‑and‑learn cycles, and lean‑startup principles.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary plus equity participation in a dynamic venture ecosystem.
  • Flexible remote work or Los Angeles–based collaboration.
  • A unique opportunity to shape the marketing approach for both our in‑house ventures and partner teams across a broad human‑performance portfolio.
  • A culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and mission‑driven innovation.

If you’re a growth‑obsessed marketer with both technical prowess and brand finesse—experienced in startups and fluent in the venture studio model—let’s connect.
