About Adhesive Media:

  • Adhesive Media is an influencer marketing agency based in Miami connecting leading brands with top-performing YouTubers. We currently represent 100+ YouTubers and sell their sponsorships to 50+ sponsors every month.
  • We are hiring for a Sponsor Outreach BDR (Business Development Rep) to identify, outreach, and bring new Sponsors into the Adhesive Media ecosystem. Your primary focus will be sourcing high-quality brand leads, starting strategic conversations, and booking calls that lead to large-scale sponsorship deals for our YouTubers.
  • You’ll grow more in 3 months at Adhesive Media than you have in the last 3 years of your life. We’re looking for someone who is confident, ambitious, sharp and excited by the challenge of bringing new sponsors into the YouTube world.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify & Outreach (manually & email campaigns) hundreds of new brands & media buying agencies using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, LemList, SellerCrowd, and more.
  • Manage responses, follow up with leads in our CRM, run meetings, and close deals
  • Develop strategic relationships with industry folks through calls, networking events, etc.
  • Create custom media packages for our largest YouTube clients with brands you think would be a fit for them

KPIs for Success (Q3 2025):

  • Onboarding 15 New Brands to Adhesive Media
  • Close $###,### in Sponsorship Packages (number is TBD)

Skills & Competencies:

  • Work Experience: 1-3 Years work experience in Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, or relevant roles. While experience in Influencer Marketing is a plus, we are prioritizing candidates with the strongest background in outbound sales or strategic partnerships.
  • Prospecting & Outreaching Leads: Finding leads at relevant companies using sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.
  • Relationship Building: The ideal candidate is incredible at building relationships with key stakeholders at large companies. It may take anywhere from 1-6 months to close our first deal with a given brand, so being consistent in nurturing leads is perennial.
  • Highly Organized: The ideal candidate has their CRM and Project Management tools updated at all times.
  • Strong Writing Skills: You can write effective outbound emails, respond to leads, follow up, etc.
  • Hustler: You have a history of getting the job done no matter what. You hit KPIs under pressure.
  • Critical Thinking: The ideal candidate can critically think through issues & make decisions on their own. Sometimes there will not be a straight-forward solution to a problem, and you’ll be required to think outside of the box.
  • Knows your numbers: You should have a pulse on all yours numbers. For example, how many emails sent → how many replied → how many closed. Sales people got to know their numbers!

  • Remote (US or CAN preferred)
  • Full Time: Hours are 9AM - 5:30PM EST (flexible on US time zone)
  • Start Date: August 2025
  • Base Comp & Bonus are flexible based on your relevant work experience
