Social Media Brand Influencer

Cambria is seeking a passionate, digital native and social savvy individual for the role of Social Media Brand Influencer. This position will play an important part in identifying proactive digital opportunities at Cambria. The Social Media Brand Influencer will be responsible for developing real time social media plans, proactive engagement, leadership content, and building relationships with partners online. You don't mind spending time jumping around multiple platforms in the digital sphere with the mindset to identify conversations for the brand to join. The Social Media Brand Influencer will report to the Director of Social Media. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring and proactive engagement on all social media platforms

• Bring real time opportunities to social media and marketing teams multiple times a week

• Manage real time marketing center and command center for the department

• Meet with social media specialist to determine proactive engagement plan with brand initiatives

• Communicate with trade influencer network to share blog features and encourage sharing

• Create bi-weekly engagement reports with social media team

• Identify and support leadership social profiles and marketing opportunities

• Collaborate with creative team on gifs and real time creative assets to drive engagement

• Support social team with project requests and custom social media plans

• Stay updated and compile weekly trend reports on industry, news and current events

• Stay on top of best engaging brands in social and digital

• Provide monthly social listening report to share with teams across the brand

• Be available for event engagement remotely outside of traditional work hours.

Qualifications

& Skills

• Must be a self-starter, detailed oriented and organized

• In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms

• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

• Effective relationship building skills and problem solving abilities

• Experience with social media management tools and ad platforms

• Experience using Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis in Word and Excel

• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree.

Experience

3-5 years of direct work experience.

Systems: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Social media platforms.
