LOCATION: Gardena, CA

THE PURPOSE:

Build out and lead the True Religion influencer program by developing and maintaining relationships with micro and macro influencers.

THE ROLE

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns

• Acquire and maintain relationships with prominent, on brand influencers

• Identify and build out a roster of hyperlocal, micro and macro influencers

• Research and study emerging trends, technologies, competitors and influencers

• Brainstorm new, creative content ideas and present to Creative Director and Art Director to move into execution

• Manage creative campaigns from concept and ideation to development and execution

• Report directly to the Director of Brand Communications

• Work closely with the Social Coordinator to execute social strategy

REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

• 4-6+ years professional experience in influencer/social media/digital marketing, preferably with a denim/fashion brand

• Prior experience working across social channels, with an emphasis on Instagram and TikTok

• Proven ability to build, execute, and scale influencer campaigns that have significant impact

• Existing relationships in the influencer and creator space

• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills with added attention to details and deadlines

• A balance between creative and strategic thinking, able to develop and execute on their ideas both large and small

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with both creative- and business-oriented colleagues and partners

• Extreme attention to detail with relentlessly high standards
