Shiekh Monthly Access Virtual Stylist Shiekh Monthly Access is a monthly based subscription service providing head to toe fashion styling. Our clients receive a fully styled outfit catered to their fashion preferences and hand picked by our expert stylists.

Shiekh Monthly Access is looking for stylist! Styling customers, taking video chat conferencing with customers, answering emails and clientele calls, data analytics, handle social media, and compiling apparel orders. Stylists help our Clients look and feel their best selves through establishing relationships, being wardrobe problem solvers, and using the Shiekh Monthly Access platform. What you'll do: Work with online profiles of everyday women & men and provide them with styling options based on their lifestyle, sizing and style preference. Implement a proactive process for capturing loyal customer online reviews for social.

Deliver superior customer experience by providing product information and processing orders. Creation and execution of social influencer campaigns; proactively pitch new talent and concepts to expand this programs reach. Demonstrate exemplary customer service skills in every interaction and ensure timely, one-call resolution with customers. Effectively de-escalate client issues using empathy and conflict resolution skills. Utilize effective time management and prioritization skills in order to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrate motivation by identifying personal strengths and opportunities in partnership with supervisor to develop career enhancing skills. Ability to identify and report any critical or reoccurring customer service issues to Supervisor.
