Qualifications - Social media management - Communication skills - HR sourcing Full Job Description As an Influencer Marketing Manager for Influenster, you will own creator campaigns from start to finish, including sourcing, vetting, managing, and all related logistics. You will be responsible for executing custom and standardized programs in support of client campaigns around the world. You will directly contribute to revenue driving opportunities and client retention KPIs. Reporting into our Sr. Influencer Marketing Manager, you will leverage your expertise in social media trends and diverse audience expectations to meet client goals and grow our community. This is a critical role on a fast-growing team that will support our global expansion and rapid growth. Successful candidates will leverage their subject area expertise to provide data-based recommendations and flawless execution. NOTE: While this role will be located in our New York City (Manhattan) office, due to the coronavirus pandemic, it will operate as optionally remote thru Jan 1st. Responsibilities: Research, recruit, and manage nano and micro influencers across a variety of campaign types and social media platforms. Collaborate with sales, accounts, legal, finance, and clients on campaigns, including supporting pitches, managing budgets, navigating fulfillment logistics, and reporting back on performance. Instruct, review, and guide creator content through approvals and execution. Participate in thought leadership strategy sessions to identify areas for improvement at all stages of creator lifecycle. Qualifications: 1-3 years experience working with influencers (sourcing, vetting, and managing) across top social platforms (like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitch, Reddit, Snapchat, etc). Passion for influencer and social media marketing, with a track record of staying up-to-date on industry best practices, platform trends, and FTC guidelines. Able to provide strong examples of project management, including campaign planning, budget management, stakeholder management, comm plans, performance tracking, and documentation. Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills, with samples available on request. Fluency in English (written and verbal) required, with bi-lingual candidates preferred.
