About the Company 🧱

The #2 Brick Toy Brand in Walmart

Are you obsessed with building meaningful brand communities? Do you thrive at the intersection of social, support, and scrappiness? One of the fastest-growing brick toy brands in the US, is hiring a Community & Organic Marketing Manager to lead our community-building, page management, product seeding efforts, and customer service across our owned channels.

What You’ll Be Doing 🌟

  • Community Management: Own and grow our social presence across Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Facebook Groups and emerging channels. Moderate comments, engage authentically, and build rapport with fans.
  • Page Ownership: Oversee the day-to-day management of our brand pages. Maintain a cohesive voice, personality, and value across platforms.
  • Organic Growth & Product Seeding (Critical): Drive organic buzz through strategic seeding to creators, communities, and fans. Build and manage a seeding system powered by automation, AI or scrappy tactics.
  • Customer Service: Respond to DMs, comments, and customer inquiries with empathy and speed. You’re part of our frontline.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with creative and marketing teams to align on campaign moments, product drops, and seasonal hype.
  • UGC Collection: Identify the best user-generated content posted across platforms. Reach out to creators for permission to use their content and systematically collect, tag and organize the content in a way that ensures it’s accessible and ready to use across marketing and community channels.

What We’re Looking For 📝

  • 1+ years managing brand communities, social media, or organic marketing in consumer brands (eComm/DTC is a plus)
  • Experience with product seeding and ambassador programs
  • Knowledge of modern tech stack tools (e.g. Gorgias, Manychat, Airtable, Influencer CRM tools)
  • Strong written communication, community instincts, and obsession with brand building

Bonus: You’ve used AI tools to streamline seeding or customer ops
