Influencer Marketing Customer Success Manager
We are a small start up with offices in San Francisco, New York and Los Angeles. Our platform was founded by three Engineers who all had been veterans of Silicon Valley tech companies including Accenture and Intel. Our growing sales team is looking for a talented Customer Success Manager immediately. This is the perfect time to join a fast-paced, growing team where you can make an impact and develop your career with us.
An ideal candidate will have experience working with Influencer Marketing or MarTech customer success and relationship management. This position will be 60% customer success and 40% getting new business. We are looking for someone who is highly credible and has experience selling MarTech SaaS products or renewing accounts for Martech SaaS products.
This is a full time, permanent position. This is a 100% remote position.

-4+ years experience working with Customer Success/Sales/Account Management
-Experience selling/renewing/upselling Influencer Marketing or MarTech SaaS products
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Initiative to tackle challenges in the sales process
-Resourceful, persistent, and eager to seek out new customers
-Ability to translate sales roadblocks to product features
-Highly collaborative team spirit
-Have experience selling in competitive sales environment
-Creative strategy and thought process around value offering to the end customer
