Social Media and Influencer Coordinator
As the Social Media and Influencer Coordinator for Logitech, you will be a part of the nimble and evolving social media team that sits within Global Communications. You will be responsible for executing programs that engage content creators and online communities to bring our social audience closer to our brands and the products they love. You have a “can do” attitude and are multifaceted: part social media guru, part influencer expert, and always curious.
You will play a key role in social and influencer efforts that bring our brand to life, finding creative ways to interject our brand into conversations with consumers to add strategic value to the company’s overall reputation. While helping drive community engagement, you will come to intimately understand our audiences and identify influencer partners that authentically fit us, building relationships with them to generate creative content and storytelling. Working closely with the Global Communications team and cross-functional business partners, you will help deliver real-time insights through social listening that can impact our brand communication plans. You will also be focused on understanding trends and sharing best practices with our team to help inform and guide how we effectively drive social content and work with influencers all around the world.
This role reports to the Influencer Relations Manager on the Global Social Media team and works closely with the Global Communications team, cross-functional partners, and our external social agency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute influencer relations programs, partnering closely with Global Communications managers on overall strategy.
- Identify potential partners who align with our brand and content aesthetic, managing relationships on an ongoing basis and contracts when necessary.
- Craft messaging, pitches, and social content briefs to engage and inform influencer partners about our brand and product campaigns.
- Assist in managing social and influencer content, ensuring all assets are saved, organized, and shared with global teams and stakeholders.
- Understand our brand voice and how that can translate into content on our social channels and community engagement opportunities.
- Work closely with community managers to assist with community engagement.
- Work closely with the Analytics Specialist to track the performance of programs and gather actionable insights.
- Keep abreast of industry news as well as competitive social media and influencer trends, events, and new platforms.
Requirements:
We are looking for a driven individual who loves all things social media. You stay a step ahead of the game - the first to hop on social trends and the best at finding the meme to match the moment. You are detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to the fast pace of the business, and love to have fun while getting the job done. The successful candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, and can also work independently. You have a proven eye for thumb-stopping content and a passion for connecting with creators and influencers, understanding how to partner with them to develop and share relevant content.
- BA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, Social / New Media or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years experience in influencer relations, delivering successful content creator and influencer programs across multiple channels.
- Experience managing relationships with media, social content creators or influencers in various categories.
- Experience with social analytics/data - understanding reporting and turning that data into insights/key learnings.
- Ability to reply to customers on social accounts to assist with community engagement and community management.
- Must have a natural interest in social media platforms including, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Twitch, Pinterest and TikTok.
- Creative thinker who can brainstorm innovative ideas to support brand initiatives with focus on content, storytelling and consumer engagement.
- Excellent team player with the ability to build, foster and nurture supportive and collaborative relationships with a range of leadership.
- Quick learner, highly energetic and proactive.
- Excellent copywriter with the proven ability to be concise, yet impactful in brand voice.
- Prior experience in Consumer Products a plus.
