INFLUENCER MARKETING INTERN

Pacsun is looking for multiple forward thinking professionals in the space of social media, Influencers, video content, and photography, who have an appreciation for fashion and learning.

Each internship will run for a definite three month period.

Responsibilities

Analyze and report on daily posts including performance and conversion. Communicate scorecards with internal teams

Work with e-Commerce team and Social Media team to determine KPI’s and campaign goals

Stay up-to-date on best practices and technology surrounding influencer marketing

Archive and organize all posts, stories, blogs, etc.

Manage master influencer/celebrity list including sizing, addresses, etc.

Work with Social team to develop ideas to maximize influencer content and UGC

Coordinate gifting collateral (boxes, cards, tissue, etc)

Process all influencer payments through PO system

Represent the PacSun brand in all external emails

Work with events and brand marketing team to ensure influencer attendance and coverage at PacSun sponsored events

Create influencer lists for campaigns, events and collection pushes that are on brand and meet KPI’s

Stay up-to-date on competitor’s influencer strategy

Set up, organize, and attend off-site events (may include nights, evenings and weekends)

Attend meetings, create presentations, present ideas, create reports, handle calendars, etc.

This program will challenge your ability to think critically and creatively. You will learn to present ideas and gain exposure to all areas of the business, by working directly with a high level executive. Over the course of this internship, you will be presented with insight into your career path with exposure to the long term strategies and day-to-day tasks required in your selected department. This is a paid internship ($15.00/hour), that's right; we're paying you to spend time with us, get some work done, and instigate a little fun while we're at it. We look forward to meeting you!

Qualifications

Soon to graduate or recent graduates

Must be available to work full time schedule

Passion for fashion, retail, and process improvement

Engaging personality with exceptional communication and presentation skills

Strong organization skills

Creative writing skills

Ability to think outside the box

Strong skills in Microsoft Office

PowerPoint presentation skills

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.

Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions.

Required to travel in elevator or stairwells to attend meetings and engage with associates on multiple floors throughout building.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. As a National Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume. This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
