Peach & Lily is seeking a Senior Manager of Social & Influencer to join our growing marketing team. Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking a strong social media leader from the beauty space to join our team and help build out our strategic growth roadmap for our social media and influencer programs. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role will be a key stakeholder on the marketing team. From strategy and briefing through execution and reporting, this role will oversee the full lifecycle of our social and influencer marketing programs.
Responsibilities include:
- Owning and developing content, messaging, and growth strategies across all social media platforms
- Identifying new opportunities to drive growth and media value across both social and influencer
- Owning the social and influencer content calendar collaborating with key partners to develop 360 campaigns
- Researching competition, investigating benchmarks, and providing suggestions for improvement
- Keen eye for trends and social experiences that work in the beauty space
- Bringing innovative and measurable new ideas to the social strategy across all key channels
- Working closely with digital marketing team to identify strategic platforms and alignment KPIs
- Developing internal documentation of social best practices and processes
- Overseeing community management, moderation and scheduling of all content, posts and launches
- Effectively leading a team of social and influencer marketers to inspire new ideas and meet brand goals
- Working closely with our creative teams to ensure timely execution of content requests
- Building and maintaining key KPI reporting across growth, engagement, EMV, traffic and revenue
Requirements
- Must have at least 3 years beauty experience (in-house or agency side) to be considered
- 8+ years of experience in the social and digital marketing space
- 8+ years of retail/brand experience required
- 3+ years in a mid- or senior-level social media management position
- Experience owning the messaging, creative, and content strategy for a major brand
- Strong creative eye and ability to build out content strategies aligned with the Peach & Lily brand aesthetic and vision
- Must have a passion for staying on the leading edge of all things social
- Familiarity with reporting and analytics programs including Google Analytics, Tribe Dynamics, Hootsuite, Sprout and social scheduling and analytics applications
- Ready to build a 360 social strategy and execute toward shared growth and revenue goals
- Strong leadership skills
