Responsibilities
- Aid in developing and administrating a client services department within our overall Influencer offering
- Establish and implement processes that help scale a service offering across a wide portfolio of clients
- Conveying a strong understanding of performance-based, ROI-driven marketing in the digital sphere (ideally with influencers) to clients and other internal parties
- Monitor and maintain department-wide client health reports, advising on solutions for partners who need additional support and problem solving
- Understand the full client and project life cycle, ensuring that members of the team have the same vision and are using best practices
- Assist in develop project plans, strategies, new business pitches, timelines and status reports for both internal team members and external clients
- Identifying and evangelizing insights that drive the creation of technical solutions to department inefficiencies
- Serving as a client-facing thought leader that can clearly communicate our Influencer offering, best practices, and navigate client concerns and problems
- Collaborating with Sales and Fulfilment teams in order to drive profitable new business and deliver value to existing clients
- Drive conversations for reporting and optimizations for clients
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors’ degree required
- 5+ years’ experience in client service and account management required
- Strong understanding of digital marketing campaigns, media buying / planning, or other influencer-based marketing
- Strong understanding of social media and sales metrics, conversion funnels, and the ability to link results to attributes of a campaign
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills this is a relationship industry, so a lot of your work will be through email, phone calls, and working closely with other team members
- Demonstrated ability of providing excellent customer service across a variety of client personalities, brand verticals ideally in an agency environment
- Proven experience leading a team / department
- Familiarity with Influencers and influencer marketing
- Self-starter who is eager to learn and get the job done well
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and friendly in a high pressured, busy environment
