Social Influencer Strategist
THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for a connected, passionate, creative Influencer Strategist to develop and manage Chipotle's relationships with influencers and celebrities. You will strategize and develop a program that drives culture, increases brand relevancy and awareness, and encourages influencers to talk about Chipotle in an authentic way. You'll work with our Social Listening, PR, and Events teams to amplify daily engagements and identify bigger opportunities to drive conversation and buzz. You'll be energized by the transformation of our brand and culture with a desire to play a pivotal role in creating a lifestyle brand and shaping a best-in-class work environment. As Influencer Strategist, you'll collaborate with partners across the Marketing and Communication departments, and report directly to our Senior Manager, Social & Digital.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Identify, secure, and manage relationships with influencers and celebrities on behalf of Chipotle
Monitor the daily cultural pulse related to the brand, including DMs and mentions on all social media channels
Partner with PR and Social Listening to respond to and amplify daily opportunities with high-profile accounts in unique ways
Develop and advise on influencer support strategies for national and local campaigns with a deep understanding of the overall digital and brand marketing programs
Create an innovative outreach program for micro-influencers to drive conversation about Chipotle
Build a tiered influencer strategy to connect Chipotle with culturally relevant people
Monitor engagement of influencer content to build insights and report on performance
Work with Creative team to produce custom, branded swag for individuals
Work with Celebrity Card team to deliver custom cards in an engaging and personalized way
Manage catering and delivery orders for influencer events
Understand and maintain compliance with proper FTC guidelines for influencer activations
Challenge the status quo and aim to be a first-to-market brand when opportunities arise
Submit communication to share owned and earned social media content and news internally
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, or Business preferred
5-8 years experience in influencer or social media marketing for a brand or agency
Passion for developing innovative, disruptive, and first-to-market influencer marketing strategies Passion for Chipotle and the restaurant industry with a proven track record of influencer, social media, and/or digital marketing
Extensive knowledge of the influencer-marketing landscape, including industry trends and relationships with influencers of varying verticals
Ability to multitask and juggle multiple requests and projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
