Brand Personal Care Influencer Manager

We are looking for a new Brand Team Member for our Personal Care Influencer Group. This role will be responsible for vetting, contracting, briefing and managing Brand influencers for some of our top brands like Old Spice and Secret on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Twitch and Twitter, to name a few.
Responsibilities Will Include
- Execute and manage the Brand’s influencer plans in partnership with Brand Influencer Leader - Develop influencer briefs in collaboration with other cross functional teams (R&D, Communications etc.)
- Manage the Identification & Recruitment of new Influencers for brand programs - Plan and forecast resource requirements to develop a flexible bench that allows for variations in program activity
- Ensure Influencer Process is updated with the latest regulations and legal requirements
- Ensure influencers are following legal, contractual and financial processes & requirements
- Evaluate activations against success metrics and recommend plan pivots to improve future performance
Desired Qualifications:
- Passion for Social Media_ We are seeking someone who lives and loves the social space and gets energy from discovering new creators and platforms. We want someone who can be in front of trends and familiar with both new and emerging creators across platforms.
- Creative_ The ideal candidate has proficiency in design/creative platforms to assist creators with their content, but at minimum has a passion for working with creators to make amazing content.
- Agility_ This person will be able to thrive in ambiguity, pivot easily and be comfortable with disruption. Our team and brands are constantly evolving, growing and changing in order to better serve our consumers. We need people who want to lean into that spirit and come to the table with a growth mentality.
- Attention to Detail_ This person needs to be excellent at managing for detail both in creating excellent content and in managing our back-end systems and analytics.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preference is Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism, or similar field
- Have 1-3 (or more) years of relevant work experience (Marketing/PR/media agency, etc.)
