Social Media Community Manager
We are looking for a talented community manager to build our community, lead the sourcing and relationship management for networks of influencers and content creators. You will be in constant communication with our community and follow the trends in the active ware/dance wear and parenting industry to identify and engage relevant content creators for the gen-y and gen-z audience.
You’ll lead outreach to partner with content creators and oversee the progress and performance of deliverables. You’ll connect directly with the community through the social media channels to create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere while listening for feedback to catch significant findings along the way.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the content manager to develop a cohesive storyline, and curate content that meaningfully to engage the community.
- Help shape and implement our community and influencer marketing strategies
- Build and manage a network of content creators
- Foster our relationship with the consumer through social media engagement
- Develop and own a calendar to guide the creation of relevant content
Qualifications
- Proven track record of community/relationship management
- Fluency in social media management platforms and project management skills
- Data driven and proficient in social and ecommerce metrics
- Self-directed and ability to prioritize workload
- Develops community events and photoshoots
- Obsessed with serving and listening to the consumer
- Have insights or familiarity with the gen-y and gen-z consumer is a plus
