Role Overview
The Brand Advocacy Marketing Talent Coordinator is a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with strong knowledge of the celebrity/talent, marketing, digital/social media space and has a deep passion for the wellness industry. This role will report to the Manager of Brand Advocacy and will play an integral role in assisting the execution and ongoing activation of WW’s various talent partnerships including but not limited to high-profile celebrity relationships. We are looking for a candidate who has 2-4 years’ experience working in a brand marketing role or on the agency side and has experience working with various levels of talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and tactical support to the Manager of Brand Advocacy in the daily management of various talent partnerships
- Assist in daily execution and ongoing activation of talent partnerships including creation of content proposals / activation calendars, pitch decks, campaign briefs, etc.
- Ongoing monitoring/tracking/reporting on talent within the WW roster
- Assist with new talent identification, evaluation and onboarding
- Stay on top of current trends via social media and earned media listening and surface real time trends/insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to amplify brand initiatives and product launches and ensure talent integrations are seamlessly activated
- Assist in drafting proposals, contracts, and presentations
- Additional duties, tasks, and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications
- 1-2 years equivalent business experience in social media, talent agency, influencer marketing, media relations, and/or event coordinator role preferred
- Strong written, verbal and visual presentation communication skills
- Creative and strategic thinker
- Professional with strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all personality types and behaviors; flexibility
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and work productively in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to handle changing market conditions and workload under tight deadlines
- Well-organized, highly self-motivated, optimistic and positive attitude
- A passion for social media and developing talent relationships
- Knowledge of Google Analytics is preferred but not required
- Influencer data analysis tools experience (Creator IQ) is preferred but not required
