Role Overview
The Brand Advocacy Influencer Marketing Coordinator is a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with strong knowledge of the influencer marketing and digital/social media landscape and has a deep passion for the wellness industry.
This role will report to the Manager of Brand Advocacy and will play an integral role in the development and execution of paid influencer campaigns from end to end. As a digital-native you are obsessed with the influencer world - from YouTube to Instagram to TikTok and Twitch- you follow the best creators and know who the up and comers are. The role is dedicated to creating brand awareness and engagement via our influencer partnerships. You will assist in identifying, developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with micro-to-mega influencers, as well as ensuring campaigns run smoothly and reporting on key metrics throughout. We are looking for a candidate who has 2-4 years experience working in an agency directly with influencers or talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Manager of Brand Advocacy in developing and execute influencer marketing strategy across social and owned channels
- Carefully research, nurture and build relationships with key social influencers
- Management of Influencer database, keeping track of all influencer partnerships (past/present/future) and archive all influencer campaign content (ie. posts, stories, YouTube videos etc)
- Work closely with influencer team to provide support in project management of campaigns such as:
- Draft and update contracts for all approved influencers
- Manage influencer feedback and approval process at various stages of content development
- Organize all submitted content for larger team review
- Monitor and ensure all campaign content is being captured in CRM tool
- Monitor and track campaign performance in real-time
- Weekly data pulls of content performance
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting organic relationships with influencers and managers in the industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to amplify brand programs and product launches
- Organize and facilitate project planning, weekly meetings, and presentations.
- Stay ahead of social, influencer and technology trends and consistently test new, innovative ideas to find what resonates
- Provide administrative support such as submitting invoices, inputting creative briefs, and managing various gifting programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree marketing, communications, or similar area
- 2 years professional experience in social media, public relations or influencer marketing preferred
- Creative and strategic thinker
- Discreet, professional, with strong interpersonal, organizational and written and oral communications skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and work productively with a variety of people. Flexibility to handle changing market conditions and workload under tight deadlines.
- Well-organized, highly self-motivated, optimistic and positive attitude.
