Primary Responsibilities
- Identify, source, recruit, and onboard high potential creators.
- Grow and manage a network of creators in key content categories by developing customized analytical strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with creators and assist with their account management.
- Develop insights to improve creators’ content quality, platform engagement and reader growth.
- Establish evolving best practices and educate new creators on how to optimize performance.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to highlight creators, support their initiatives, and bridge the communication between creators and the internal team.
- Measure and analyze individual and overall creator performance.
- Remain on the pulse of influencer and content creator trends to ensure creative, maximum growth.
Requirement:
- 3+ years of experience in creator network development.
- Extensive work experience in the influencer marketing and freelancer content creation ecosystem.
- Proven ability to develop meaningful influencer relationships, take ownership and drive results from end-to-end in creator campaign.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, readily adapting to continually changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills (Excel proficiency); Strong writing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- High-energy, driven, curious personality with proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- BA or equivalent required.
