Acquisition Marketing Manager, Offline

Ring is seeking a strategic, curious, and self-driven marketer to join our acquisition team as our Acquisition Marketing Manager, Offline. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of marketing and media planning experience with sizable budgets for a fast-growing brand. This person will be primarily focused on strategy, planning, optimization and analysis for TV, OTT, and additional offline marketing channels.

We are looking for an innovative marketer with an analytical perspective and ability to draw insights from data to inform all decision making. This person is never satisfied with the status quo, and has an eagerness to take on new challenges and tasks when they arise.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee strategy, budgeting, planning, optimization, measurement, and analysis of TV and OTT advertising. Serve as an expert and resource for additional offline channels including Radio, Direct Mail, and Out of Home.
  • Lead external vendor and agency relationships to improve collaboration and cohesiveness of partnerships.
  • Develop media calendars and campaign schedules to provide context and clarity to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the in-house production team to drive creative development and execution.
  • Collaborate with strategy and other channel owners (email, social, SEO/SEM, influencer, etc.) to ensure that all marketing tactics funnel up to Ring’s larger business goals.
  • Own Ring’s brand awareness and perception KPI tracking, and report findings to leadership on a weekly basis.
  • Analyze our weekly spot-spike TV model to inform creative and network optimizations.
  • Prepare documentation for leadership on the impact and effectiveness of your channels.
  • Lead the data collection and planning of Ring’s Media Mix Model and utilize the output to inform actionable business decisions.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of marketing media planning experience.
  • 2+ years of TV advertising experience (in-house or agency) in the direct response/direct marketing space.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, or Marketing, or equivalent industry experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that allow you to clearly articulate ideas and results in a constructive way.
  • Strong quantitative skills and understanding of direct response media measurement.
  • Project management skills that demonstrate the ability to manage priorities, set and meet deadlines, and manage budgets.
  • Ability to think strategically, tactically, and creatively.
