Moxie is seeking a Head of Customer Programs with experience in Loyalty Marketing, Email Marketing, Retention and Engagement Marketing, and designing, creating and executing the customer engagement program while building the customer community strategy. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the strategic customer engagement initiatives
  • Create personas and tailor a premier success plan to specific personas, with accelerators to help drive usage, activation, and feedback on product features
  • Identify opportunities to delight and impress our customers and deliver relevant, concise and consistent customer communications
  • Develop and deliver a regular newsletter to customers, tailored to personas, where you will use your experience with digital channels, strong background in creative messaging and digital expression
  • Help ensure our relationships with our customers are are deep and broad, for long-term stability
  • Define and coordinate a high-touch, two-way strategy for clear, efficient and effective regular contact with high value customers across teams
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the strategic customer experience is consistent across channels
  • Drive continuous improvement and establish new best practices in customer relationship management

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience includes creating and executing customer engagement and loyalty programs, activation marketing and NPS
  • Proficient designing newsletters/marketing material
  • Expert knowledge of customer engagements strategies
  • Experience with two-sided consumer marketplaces
  • A high-integrity individual and a self-starter that can work efficiently, managing multiple priorities and executing with speed
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable working with product teams and delivering product requirements needed for continuous improvement of our marketing efficiency
  • Has (ideally) knowledge of Design Thinking and can apply a collaborative approach to projects.
  • Strong interest in fitness app products, user and influencer behavior, and associated trends.
  • Strong team spirit and excited to share your knowledge with other team members and the whole company.
