Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator supports marketing activations across brand, social, retail and digital department activities. This is an entry level position in a fast growing natural and organic supplement brand. We are looking for a detail oriented and eager Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator, who is passionate about health and well-being to join our team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the marketing team on all brand campaign B2B and D2C executions
• Graphic design and production asset creation across multiple mediums
• Work cross functionally with digital, brand, creative, and outsourced teams to coordinate product needs for marketing campaigns
• Manage sample and product coordination with external partners including editors and influencers
• Monitor social media channels and engage with influencers, partners, and customers
• Maintain tracking and detailed reporting of press, social, and marketing placements
• Analyze performance of managed channels and marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis to ensure optimal performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing or graphic design concentration preferred
• Has 1-3 years of experience within a related marketing and graphic design role.
• Adobe Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite, specifically, outlook, PowerPoint, excel, and word.
• Photographic and video creation and editing skills preferred.
• Is able to demonstrate organization and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong reporting analytic skills, both quantitative and qualitative
• Is able to work on tight timelines and remain calm under pressure
• Creative, imaginative and able to develop ideas quickly
• Self-starter who takes initiative to concept and execute project.
• Experience working with digital content creators or in influencer marketing
