Digital Marketing Manager
As a member of the Digital Team, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing B2C customer relationships and optimizing for revenue across owned and retail eCommerce channels. This role will be responsible for managing audiences and optimizing strategies to grow traffic, drive conversion, and increase customer loyalty.

Responsibilities
- CRM & Email
- Design & implement customer acquisition strategies to grow our audience database.
- Manage B2C CRM platforms, databases, and marketing automation workflows to maximize customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Plan and execute B2C email promo calendar and campaigns to drive awareness, conversion, and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience across the digital journey.
- Analyze consumer behavior and help identify key customer segments for the development of digital personas.
- Paid Media & Social Commerce
- Manage planning and activation of digital advertising campaigns, ensuring proper tracking is implemented.
- Utilize ad management platforms to create and optimize search, shopping, social, and display campaigns across Amazon, Google, and other channels.
- Collaborate with brand marketing to drive revenue with influencer campaigns.
- Monitor UGC submissions and tag for PDPs and other social galleries.
- Manage social advertising to drive awareness and conversion for B2C campaigns.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor, analyze, and provide insight into website traffic and digital marketing efforts to maximize ROI.
- Identify customer audiences to improve segmentation, personalization, and profitability.
- Perform keyword, interest, demographic and other target audience research.
- Manage A/B testing, collaborating with digital leaders to surface actionable insights and recommendations while helping key stakeholders understand trends.
- Website management
- Assist in updating B2C & B2B websites, including homepage banners, promotions, and product launches.
- Implement SEO best practices at all content levels and across all digital channels.
- Support third party website platforms as needed.
- Drive the process to scope and prioritize eCommerce key website enhancements and projects to continuously improve.
- Map out the end-to-end customer journey and associated metrics for each stage, identifying friction points and proposing resolutions.
Requirements
- Experience with website CMS, email marketing and ad management platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent work experience.
- 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a multi-channel environment.
- Skilled at making data-driven decisions, with Google Analytics experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work as an entrepreneurial "self-starter" serving as a catalyst for change and managing multiple work streams simultaneously.
- Ability to handle complex situations and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated accomplishments in advancing KPIs in a digital marketing role.
