We are looking to add to our influencer marketing team in NYC. Must be: currently based in NYC, available for immediate hire, have a minimum of one (1) year of influencer marketing experience, and be proficient in Excel. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has strong time-management skills. We are a fast-paced start up environment. Candidates should be eager to learn and act as team players.

Responsibilities

  • Manage influencer seeding programs for a number of brands.
  • Source influencers based on brand and platform.
  • Communicate, track, analyze and record influencer performance.
  • Execute client monthly recaps with influencer learnings.
  • Manage affiliate programs using Shopify.
  • Organize influencer content.
  • Communicate influencer tracking issues. Manage influencer luxe gifting shipments.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years in influencer marketing specific experience.
  • Bachelors degree in marketing (ideally with a minor in accounting / mathematics).
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Proficient in Canva, Google Slides and AirTable.
  • Bonus with any backend Shopify or any influencer marketing software prior knowledge.
