PR & Influencer Marketing Manager

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain and update all NA press lists and editorial calendars – both print and digital.
  • Create and concept PR and Influencer campaigns that drive EMV
  • Build and maintain outstanding relationships with a broad range of Editors and Influencers – from Top tier to micro
  • Oversee editor and press activities
  • Create and execute all NA press outreach, including deliveries and events
  • Analyze and create comprehensive reports detailing monthly NA press activities and events, as well as local listening trend reports
  • Research to determine appropriate press gifts and delivery options
  • Partner with the broader marketing team on brand collaborations:
  • Secure and maintain strong artist relationships with both celebrity and editorial MUAs
  • Liaise with possible collaborations for NA
  • Research and network to identify appropriate strategic alliances/partnerships and alternative publicity channels.
  • Manage paid influencer campaigns, via direct partnership or through third-party platforms, including managing contract negotiations, strategy briefing, and content creation approvals
  • Build relationships with influencer and celebrity talent agencies/PR teams to grow brand reach and identify opportunities for partnership
  • Develop larger-scale plans for influencer outreach and ambassador programs
  • Provide direction and oversight for events, planning activations and securing guests; represent the brand at industry and influencer engagements
  • Plan, coordinate and execute all PR/Influencer mailings
  • Work closely with social media, digital and brand marketing teams to ensure synergy between influencer outreach and programs

  • Skills/Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or in a similar field required
  • 5-7 years of experience in beauty PR with an agency or in-house
  • Knowledge of the beauty industry, health and wellness
  • Broad knowledge of industry competitors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
  • Prior success influencing, leading and interacting with business leaders at varying levels.
