RRD is now hiring for a Web Performance Specialist!

Summary:

The Website Performance Specialist II will play a critical role in planning and executing specialty programs that contribute to brand awareness and lead generation from the company’s public-facing websites. As an individual contributor on the corporate marketing shared services team, this position receives guidance from their manager about the work that needs to be completed.

Responsibilities:

  • Clearly articulate RRD’s mission, brand promise, segment strategy and solutions
  • Collaborate with segment marketing leads (Marketing Solutions, Business Services, Enterprise Sales) to create a strategic web plan, with tactics aligned to services, growth areas and client needs
  • Manage the workflow for website updates, including: creation, design, review, approval, analysis, optimization and archival
  • Work with the corporate web team and developers to publish changes and new content, document all approvals (creative, marketing, legal, SMEs, etc.) prior to publishing
  • Ensure the website utilizes best practices in organization, design, responsive design, opportunities for conversion, consistency in company voice and the user experience
  • Leverage dynamic content to drive personalization throughout the site, grounded in ideal client profiles
  • Conduct A/B testing and documents findings to improve conversion
  • Recommend new web tools, functionality and integrations that will drive conversion and revenue
  • Map and rank online interactions that lead to conversion and revenue – including on-page and off-page SEO, search terms, repeat visits, page views, downloads, opt-ins, etc.
  • Monitor effectiveness of web initiatives and regularly audit the site for optimal performance
  • Stay current on market trends, influencer perspectives, analyst reports and competitive landscape
  • Tell the story behind successful web optimization initiatives, both how and why
  • Leverage Google Analytics to translate site activity into insights that drive profitable design changes
  • Provide reports that measure performance, outlining form submissions, CTA conversion rates, page views, time on page, progress on planned initiatives

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B marketing, web design, usability or site optimization
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation skills, both in design and delivery
  • High sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in web-based tools, preference for experience in HTML, CSS, Salesforce Pardot and the Google Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree required, focus in marketing, design, usability or business preferred
