We have an incredible opportunity for an experiencedDirector of eCommerce Marketing to grow online performance with a core focus on developing and executing the demand generation strategy in eCommerce. This person will manage a team of digital marketers to lead the charge to optimize the performance of Envista’s digital presence to generate more qualified leads, organic and paid traffic, engaged visitors, and eCommerce transactions.

Job Description

  • Drive multi-channel growth strategy for eCommerce to include, but not limited to SEO/ASO, SEM, social paid and community/influencer development, email marketing, mobile, etc.
  • Enhance customer engagement utilizing digital platforms and online marketing campaigns to ensure excellent customer experience while driving sales growth targets.
  • Drive conversion of offline customers towards eCommerce platform and online engagement/transaction
  • Oversee conversion performance optimization. Lead the development of content and optimize checkout funnel metrics and effectiveness of promotional campaigns.
  • Establish processes to optimize media spend across digital channels, including SEM (Paid Search), Product Listing Ads, Display, Native, Video and Paid Social Media.
  • Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase eCommerce sales and profitability in alignment with KPI’s.
  • Identify and drive enhancements to digital marketing campaigns that maximize eCommerce conversion rates and growth of the digital channel.

  • eCommerce adoption of offline customers
  • Strategic Targets to Improve (TTI’s)
  • Selected cross-functional KPI’s that enable eCommerce success

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree Required, MBA preferred.
  • 5-10 years’ experience in digital marketing and/or eCommerce.
  • Experience in healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record as an innovative leader with a deep understanding of the eCommerce and digital landscape.
  • Familiarity with key digital marketing topics: Email marketing, SEO, SEM, A/B testing, content management systems (CMS), localization, and paid social media.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics (and other web analytics tools).
  • Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to motivate others at all organizational levels.
  • Action oriented and has a demonstrated ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
