Compensation: $145,400 to $195,000 Annually

Summary: We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee both marketing campaigns and marketing operations. This role bridges strategy and execution—partnering with lifecycle marketers, performance teams, creative, analytics, and marketing operations to deliver efficient, high-impact projects. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, deep experience in Jira, and a process-driven mindset to help teams move faster and smarter.Responsibilities:Manage project lifecycles, timelines, and milestonesDefine what “actionable” insights look like to guide reporting outcomesOptimize Jira workflows, dashboards, and reporting toolsCoordinate cross-functional teams and lead regular project check-insAssess velocity, resource allocation, and efficiency improvementsIdentify and implement process enhancements across marketing and operationsOversee the iteration and adoption cycle to ensure reporting effectivenessBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field or equivalent years of experience8+ years of experience managing cross-functional marketing programsExpertise in Jira (board setup, workflows, custom fields, dashboards, reporting)Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scopeStrong analytical capabilities to monitor velocity and resource allocationExcellent communicator with strong stakeholder and team management skillsDeep organizational skills and a systems-oriented mindsetPreferred Qualifications:Master’s degree in a related discipline or relevant project management coursework/certificationExperience in media, entertainment, subscription, or agency environmentsFamiliarity with Confluence and collaboration documentation toolsBackground in lifecycle or channel marketing (email, digital, mobile)PMP, Agile/Scrum, or similar project management certificationExperience leading operational process improvementsThe hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $145,400 - 195,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
