As a Director of Influencer & Athlete Acquisition, you will be responsible for one of the business’s keypillars of growth. You will be responsible for creating strategic partnerships with the right set ofinfluencers across a broad set of verticals (ex. Movies, TV, Sports, Fitness, Nutrition etc.). You will bemaniacal in your focus to research, onboard, and generate sales from the right set of influencers.The Beachbody Company, the leader of in-home fitness programs and nutritional products, is on amission to help people live healthy fulfilling lives. You will
● Recruit and formalize partnerships with Influencers, Athletes, Trainers and other partnersthat will drive growth for Openfit● Foster an environment/culture of risk taking and celebrate failures that propel yourself andthe team forward towards successful outcome● Have a keen sense of judgment, able to identify trends and partnership opportunities withinfluencers, athletes and trainers● Hustle and you will win. Meaning roadblocks to you are temporary and just means youhaven’t found a path forward yet but not a dead end
Qualifications
● At least 10+ years in generating meaningful business impact through leveraging influencers,athletes and trainers● You are passionate about the brands you work for and are able to inspire other influentialindividuals to join the brand● You have deep leadership experience and have demonstrated the ability to build and retain ateam, set goals, delegate responsibilities, hold teams accountable for outcomes, and providethoughtful, learning oriented feedback● You’ve produced work that has performed at scale across multiple digital ad platforms
