The Role:
- Working closely with the VP of Global Sales and Alliances to implement a strategic alliance strategy aligned with best practices to guide all strategic alliances to ensure forecast attainment, exceptional partner experience collaboration performance organizational logistics and tracking.
- Own and and build a vibrant ecosystem of technology partners in the Azure Marketplace.
- Develop and implement joint partner roadmap plans with Azure and Azure Marketplace partners.
- Work with a cross functional team led by product management to define technology partner strategy and scale the program.
- Engaging with Azure ecosystem partners, building relationships and alliances.
- Working with partner marketing teams to execute joint partner marketing activities.
- Providing feedback to internal teams on additional needs to make partners successful.
- Leveraging and developing meaningful relationships within relevant target industries.
- Actively seeking to understand industry trends to help position against competitors.

The Ideal Candidate:
- A track record of success in channel sales, partnerships and alliances in the Azure ecosystem.
- Experience working with mid to large complex systems integrators.
- An Effective Presenter. Experienced delivering in-person presentations to multiple audiences.
- Self-Motivated. Possess a hungry, high energy, “roll-up-your-sleeves” mentality.
- Consultative, a trusted advisor to both customers and colleagues.
- Tenured. Displays loyalty and perseverance through long, stable job tenure and positive career trajectory.
- An expert influencer, representing the companies brand to your network.
