Responsibilities

  • Define, oversee and successfully execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, according to well defined plans and calendars, designed to grow email lists, raise awareness of and drive conversions for ecommerce offerings, drive traffic to owned and operated properties, increase video submissions, acquire users, fulfill partnership obligations, and support other initiatives as needed.
  • Ideate and execute on plans designed to promote new programming and shows via promotional partnerships, effective creative assets, and publicity.
  • Liaise with performance marketing team to define and manage creative for paid digital advertising campaigns.
  • Continue to establish brand voice and maintain brand consistency.
  • Implement marketing reporting, communicate progress to stakeholders and drive insights to optimize programs.
  • Partner and manage projects cross functionally, collaborating with performance, content, community management, D2C, customer service and analytics teams
  • Initiate strategic partnerships to grow our marketing database, influencer marketing initiatives
  • Liaise with third-party marketing vendor relationships (e.g. agencies, event production)
  • Maintain competitive intelligence and stay abreast of what’s current and relevant in digital content and commerce

Requirements

  • 5+ years successfully executing omni-channel marketing strategies, most recently at a studio or publisher with a strong e-commerce footprint, or at a brand or agency driving content-driven marketing campaigns
  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA a plus
  • Creative thinker, adept brand builder, culturally savvy and a good writer
  • Analytical powerhouse who derives insights from data, with demonstrable success achieving customer acquisition, revenue and ROI goals
  • Effective time management skills balanced with meticulous attention to detail
  • Adaptive, flexible and collegial attitude, with an ability to work efficiently across teams and seniority levels in a fast-paced environment
