RENPHO is a fast-growing global health and fitness brand widely recognized for its smart weight scales, massage products and smart home devices with over 6 million happy customers around the world. Founded in 2015, the company grew to become a market leader on Amazon with its smart consumer electronics products. With offices in Los Angeles, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Shenzhen, the company is looking to expand its marketing team.
The Influencer Marketing specialist will manage the Influencer Channel for Renpho to assist eCommerce, marketing and sales objectives. The specialist will be responsible for identifying, implementing and managing influencer strategies.
Responsibilities Include:
- Plan and create influencer campaign strategies to support marketing and eCommerce objectives
- Identify, reach out, recruit, and manage influencers across campaigns, based on product managers’ and marketing needs
- Monitor and evaluate influencers’ performance
- Review and edit creator content
- Able to compile budget plan and forecast results with KPI
- Compile campaign reporting and insights
- Identify ongoing partnership opportunities and latest trends
- To handle social media community management when necessary
Qualifications:
- You have 3+ years of influencer marketing and/or strategy experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, a self-starter and a team player. Able to work independently
- Knowledgeable and up-to-date on the influencer industry trends and FTC guidelines
- Interests and curiosity in fitness and health, and for consumer technology, social media and emerging digital technologies
This is a full-time position, required to work in our Los Angeles office.
