NYC based communications agency - Whisper Gallery - is hiring a Influencer Marketing Manager to join its growing team.

The ideal candidate is an ambitious self-starter who has 3+ years of experience and is proficient at leading influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish - including but not limited to: identifying strategic influencer partners, contract negotiation, content guidance, whitelisting, boosting, reporting and analytics. They must be able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment while always acting as a team player.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead all influencer marketing initiatives
  • Stay on the cutting-edge of digital/social trends, including monitoring competitors.
  • Proactively monitor influencer activity across social media to report on trends, content and collaborations to get ahead of the next "big idea."
  • Serve as the "first to know" in brand's influencer center of excellence; sharing industry and social influencer updates
  • Project manage organic programs to ensure plans and posts are on-time and in alignment with brand marketing
  • Utilizing both external and internal influencer tools in researching and scaling micro-influencers as well as researching different avenues to attain new influencers
  • Own Influencer IGC month-to-month in creating content and building relationships.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and external agencies / vendors on project.
  • Demonstrate enthusiastic, 24/7 approach to social media responsibilities
  • Organization and ensuring all internal stakeholders are notified of new content, coordinating upcoming influencer campaigns

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in influencer marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
  • Creative and flexible
  • Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices, KPIs, and emerging trends (Facebook, YouTube, Reels, SnapChat, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok etc.).
  • Ability to troubleshoot and be flexible in a fast-moving, multi-tasking environment with numerous deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in HYPR, Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager
  • Experience working in PR or Spirits is preferred but not mandatory
