  • Developing and implementing Boost Mobile social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts
  • Must have demonstrative experience in creative social campaign development
  • Experience in building a network of influencers--communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network of advocates to help drive website traffic and conversions
  • Responsible for increasing exposure through social media platforms
  • Analytical mindset and be able to analyze data to determine which initiatives work best and capitalize on this information to continue scaling business
  • Should possess a firm understanding of marketing principles and work well in a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, digital media or a related field
  • Professional experience developing assets for social media platforms
  • Mastery of social media platforms and measurement tools
  • A solid understanding of marketing, media and technology, along with proven leadership skills, a strategic mindset, a passion for innovation and agile responsiveness.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team cooperation, promote enthusiasm and foster strategic thinking.
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Awareness and savvy of cultural trends to make sure the messages produced are relevant and appropriate.
  • A creative, curious nature is key, as well as the ability to think in visual terms.
